simmons stein was established in 1989 by Gary Simmons and Jeffrey Stein in the heart of London’s West End.  We are a two partner niche firm specialising in all aspects of Property Law.  The emergence of the smaller niche firms has ended the demarcation between the large City firms and the smaller style firms.  We have achieved this by establishing close ties with the leading property barristers and surveyors in the country, which enables us to draw upon a wealth of outside expertise to compliment the day-to-day work of the practice.

In 2007 we relocated our offices to Stanmore Middlesex whilst retaining meeting facilities at 58 Queen Anne Street, London, W1G 8HW. This enables us to see clients either in Central London or at our main office where we are able to offer on site parking facilities and no congestion charge.

Often clients require immediate legal assistance. We are able to provide assistance at short notice to meet such demands. We are used to and enjoy working within tight time restraints.Firms such as ours offer both private and commercial clients the expertise that used to be unique to the large City firms but without the high cost often associated with such firms.

In order to provide our clients with a first class service we have all the necessary support and resources required. Technology is an increasing and important resource in the law and we have therefore invested in all the latest equipment to assist us in providing our clients with an efficient and cost effective service.

We have direct access to the Land Registry. This enables us to offer clients immediate information as to the identity of the owners of any registered properties in England & Wales.
